Damage Assessment
- Map and Measure
The purpose of a map & measure is to collect the data required to perform a detailed analysis. The data gathered is archived for inventory and complex dimensional analysis. The scope may be altered as needed such as when data is provided prior to the reconnaissance. Additional data may be collected as the situation dictates which serves a parameter for anything unusual.
- Maintenance Inspection
This inspection is performed to assess the general condition of the job executed. The report includes prioritized maintenance recommendations. Maintenance items can be performed while on field if requested and pre-authorized.
- Project Audit
This is complete field assessment. The data collected during visit includes the data collected during a structural inspection and a maintenance inspection, plus additional information including engineering system information. This type of inspection is particularly useful for new acquisitions when nothing is known about the existing structure.
- Pre- work Inspection
This is useful in assessing potential difficulties or obstacles prior to job/work execution Data collection is focused on the regions where the work will be performed. Detailed documentation of any change between existing structure & prints will be provided.
- Post-work Inspection
This is a third party inspection focusing on specific work, which has been performed. Any change to the new or existing structure will be identified. Poor or fault workmanship will be identified, documented and photographed.
- Damage Assessment
A damage assessment is performed when it is either known or suspected if the structure in question has been damaged, and a detailed report is required to evaluate the extent of this damage. PE sealed recommendations may be provided upon request.
